CDI - 2006 Late Harvest Estate Grown Syrah, El Dorado
So there we were, sitting around trying to figure out a name for this wine. We kept drawing blanks, then Debbie, our winemaker, tossed out 'it's sweet, at least chicks will dig it'. And CDI was born. This is our 2006 late harvest Syrah. It's a big wine, with plum and berry notes, that finishes with just the right amount of sweetness. $19
