Winery

Our winery was built upon a small knoll near the foot of the vineyard, providing easy access to the grapes during harvest. Erected in 2005, the facility is a simple two-story barn with a rustic appearance, set among picnic tables, oak trees and a backdrop of canyon views and ridge-top sunsets. But it's behind the oversized red barn door where the real story lies.

The bottom floor of the barn has been converted into a modern wine-making facility, complete with stainless steel tanks, pumps and a working laboratory. The equipment and material we have selected from around the world reflects our commitment to creating the highest quality wine possible. Each piece, from the press through the barrels to the corks, is chosen based on the impact it will have on the quality of the wine. We combine this high-end equipment and technology with centuries-old winemaking techniques to craft unique and exceptional wines.
