Our Story
Now
The boutique size of our winery and estate vineyard affords us many advantages over larger wineries. We customize our harvest by hand picking grapes from select blocks of vines according to when the grapes are ready, not according to contract terms or dates on a calendar.

Individual lots of our grapes are matched with select strains of yeast for optimal fermentation. We clarify our wine in neutral vessels for several months, then gently rack it into a combination of new and old oak barrels for aging. Our hands-on approach is carried out year-round, with sampling and analysis performed periodically to insure the wine is evolving as desired. This attention to detail allows us to make hand-crafted wines with unique character that reflects the terroir of the vineyard.
